Recipe Ingredients for bacon and pepper risotto

200 grams Rice
4 clove Garlic
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 tsp Oregano, Ground
4 cup Soup, stock, chicken, home-prepared
1 Rasher Bacon
2 tbsp Butter
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow

Recipe Directions for bacon and pepper risotto

add all veg, herbs and bacon, fry until cooked, add rice, stir in and then add the stock a little at a time until cooked, add butter at the end (optional)
