Mini shell pasta with bacon bits and minted peas

Recipe Ingredients for Bacon & Pea Shell Pasta

320 g shell pasta
120 g peas
3 rashers bacon
14 g mint leaves
23 g lemon juice
85 g reduced fat sour cream
45 g parmessan cheese

Recipe Directions for Bacon & Pea Shell Pasta

  1. Cook 160g of shell pasta as per packet directions (makes 320g cooked pasta)

  2. Meanwhile chop bacon into thin slices and fry until crispy.

  3. Add frozen peas, sour cream and chopped mint leaves.

  4. When peas have cooked add lemon juice and 30g parmessan cheese.

  5. Stir and add pasta shells.

  6. Mix thoroughly and serve topped with remaining parmessan
