I through this together for Mother's Day brunch. Easy and yummy.

Recipe Ingredients for Bacon and Mushroom Frittata

8 large Egg, White
0.5 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
5 medium slices, cooked (raw product packed 20/lb) Pork, Cured, Bacon
0.5 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
2 oz Mexican Style Four Cheese
1 tbsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for Bacon and Mushroom Frittata

  1. Slice mushrooms, crumble bacon

  2. Beat eggs and milk together

  3. Add mushrooms, bacon, cheese, pepper, garlic. Mix well.

  4. Pour into greased pie plate. Bake at 400F for 30 min. Make sure eggs are cooked through in center before serving.
