Easy bacon, mushroom and garlic cheese with pasta

Recipe Ingredients for Bacon& mushroom farfalle pasta

140 g back bacon
35 g spring onions
190 g mushrooms
180 g dry pasta

Recipe Directions for Bacon& mushroom farfalle pasta

  1. Put a large pan of water to boil

  2. Chop the spring onions, slice the mushrooms and snip the bacon into small pieces

  3. Put the pasta on to boil and fry the bacon briskly. As the fat begins to run then add the onion.

  4. After a 3 or 4 minutes add the mushrooms and fry for 3 or 4 minutes until mushrooms soften.

  5. Add half a packet of soft cheese with garlic and herbs (such as Boursin Light) and three tablespoons of the pasta water.

  6. Stir well and then add pasta when cooked and toss together.

  7. Taste and season.
