Recipe Ingredients for Bacon, Mushroom, & Egg Omelet

1/2 cup pieces Mushrooms
1 slice American Singles
1 pan fried slices Turkey Bacon
2 large Egg, Whole
2 tablespoons Skim Milk Fat Free

Recipe Directions for Bacon, Mushroom, & Egg Omelet

  1. Beat eggs until a pale yellow.

  2. Add 2 tablespoons milk. Beat with a wisk. Beat for a while as you will want to beat a lot of air into the eggs.

  3. Pour eggs into a 8" nonstick pan. Don't stir! Cook for about a minute. With a non-heatresistant spatula, rake the liquid egg on top to the middle or edges to cook.

  4. Once the majoirty of the liquid egg is gone, flip egg pancake over.

  5. Place any fillers in a line in the center. Fold over the omelet so that edges match up. Cook for another minute or two.

  6. Serve!
