Recipe Ingredients for Bacon and Leek Tart

250 grams Jus-Rol Puff Pastry
4 Rasher Bacon
175 grams Leeks, (Bulb And Lower Leaf-portion)
1 clove Garlic
150 grams (Tesco) Reduced Fat Soft Cheese
30 grams Cheddar Cheese
1 1tsp Oil, Vegetable Corn, Salad Or Cooking

Recipe Directions for Bacon and Leek Tart

  1. Heat oil in pan. Chop leeks and fry for 5 minutes until soft.

  2. Roll out puff pastry, mix the soft cheese with the garlic and spread over the pastry, leaving a 3cm border.

  3. Scatter leeks and chopped bacon rashers over the pastry and grate cheese on top.

  4. Either roll the edges of the pastry inward or leave flat so that they puff up. Cook in the oven at 180 Celsius until pastry is golden.
