Chicken breasts sliced and stuffed with bacon, feta cheese, kalamata olives and EVOO.

Recipe Ingredients for Bacon & Feta Stuffed Chicken Breasts

6 ounces chicken breasts
4 ounces bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup kalamata olives, diced
1 ounces Reduced Fat Feta Traditional Chunk
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Bacon & Feta Stuffed Chicken Breasts

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Cook bacon until crispy, drain off excess fat.

  3. Slice the olives.

  4. Slice chicken breasts in half so they can fold open.

  5. Place an equal amount of bacon, olives and feta in each breast.

  6. Drizzle the olive oil over each one.

  7. Fold the flap back over.

  8. Cook in the oven for about 30-40 minutes.
