Bacon Egg Spanich and Cheese Omlett. Heavy protein breakfast for strength training days. Keeps you full well into the afternoon.

Recipe Ingredients for Bacon,Egg, Spanich & Cheese Omlett

2 large Egg, Whole
2 large Egg, White
36 grams Singles Sharp Cheddar 2% Milk
133 cal Turkey Bacon
0.5 cup Frozen Spinach
2 oz Half and Half Fat Free

Recipe Directions for Bacon,Egg, Spanich & Cheese Omlett

Cook bacon, add spanich to warm then set aside. Whip eggs and white, add 1/2 and 1/2, salt and pepper to taste. Put oil in small sautee pan, heat then add egg mix. Cook omlett to desirered texture. Add bacon spanich mix and cheese, fold and serve.
