Recipe Ingredients for Bacon and egg Mcmuffin, homemade

1 serving English Muffin
1 slice Deli Deluxe Sharp Cheddar Cheese Slices
2 large Egg, Whole
0.5 serving Real Bacon Bits
0.5 tsp Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Bacon and egg Mcmuffin, homemade

  1. Beat two eggs with a little bit of milk.

  2. Place some margarine in the pan and cook the eggs.

  3. While eggs are cooking, cut an english muffin and place in toaster just to toast lightly.

  4. When eggs are almost done, place 1/2 a slice of kraft cheddar cheese slice on each side of muffin and place in microwave on medium power for 20 seconds just until the cheese starts to get soft.

  5. When eggs are cooked, spoon eggs on top of english muffin, sprinkle 1/2 tsp of real bacon bits, pinch of salt and enjoy.

  6. Note: you can also use strips of real bacon that has been fried. Calorie count will be more.
