Recipe Ingredients for Bacon/Egg/Cheese Omellet

1 serving Egg, Whole
1 serving Egg, Whole
1 pan fried slices Lower Sodium Bacon
5 dash Salt, Table
3 dash Pepper, Black
1/4 cup Cheese

Recipe Directions for Bacon/Egg/Cheese Omellet

  1. Fry bacon slices in small pan

  2. Beat two eggs, add salt and pepper

  3. Leave grease in pan, pour in beaten eggs

  4. Stir and mix eggs, like scrambling, but let it solidify

  5. Let all of the eggs touch the pan, let it fill in the cracks of scrambled egg

  6. Add bits of bacon, cheese

  7. Let cheese melt, continue to let omelet fry.

  8. Flip omelet and fold it, then slide onto plate, add salt or pepper as needed
