4 egg whites
3 eggs
100 grams lowfat cheese, shredded
4 strips bacon, diced
2 zucchini, sliced into 1/4 inch thick rounds
1 onion, sliced

Recipe Directions for Bacon, cheese and zucchini "quiche"

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 and grease a pie pan or shallow casserole dish.

  2. Beat the eggs in a medium sized bowl.

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir before arranging in the pie pan.

  4. Bake for 20 or 30 minutes, until firm.
