Recipe Ingredients for bacon and cheese frittata

6 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 lb bacon
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1 cup diced potatoes
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms

Recipe Directions for bacon and cheese frittata

  1. chop bacon and cooked on med. with diced potatoes (frozen Potatoes O'Brien work great).

  2. add mushrooms and cook until tender

  3. mix eggs, milk and cheese and pour in pan with bacon, potato and mushrooms

  4. cook about 10 min on stove top until cooked almost all the way through

  5. put under broil until browned
