2 1/10 oz Bacon
8 oz. cream cheese
8 oz processed cheese spread
1 cup heavy cream

Recipe Directions for Bacon and Cheese Fondue

  1. Cut both cheeses into 1-inch cubes and place in a microwave-safe casserole. Cook at 75% power in 1-minute increments, stirring before starting again. When cheese is hot and melted, stir in bacon pieces. Allow cheese to cool slightly while bacon flavors develop. Add heavy cream until fondue reaches desired consistency.
