4 oz Egg Whites
1 tsp chopped onion
1 tbsp Real Bacon Bits
10 grams Fancy Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Bacon & Cheddar Egg Mug Scrambler

  1. Spray inside of large microwave-safe mug with cooking spray.

  2. Stir together Egg whites, 1 tablespoon cheese, bacon, onion and pepper in mug.

  3. Microwave on HIGH 1 minute. Stir; microwave 30 seconds more or until set. Top with remaining 1 tablespoon cheese. Serve immediately.
