1 small Potato
1/2 medium Bell pepper
1 small onion
1 oz pork sausage
6 eggs
3 oz cheddar cheese

  1. clean and chop veggies.

  2. cook off and drain fat from sausage

  3. add veggies and cook until soft

  4. in a separate bowl mix eggs and then add to skillet.

  5. cook until eggs are set then add cheese.
