Recipe Ingredients for Back Bacon Omelette

1 tsp canola oil
1/2 cup egg beaters
1 tbsp chopped fresh basil
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese grated
1 pinch ground pepper
2 slices ham or back bacon (chopped)
1/4 red or green pepper (chopped)

Recipe Directions for Back Bacon Omelette

  1. In a small non stick pan, heat oil over medium high heat.

  2. In bowl, using a fork, stir together liquid egg, basil, cheese, and pepper.

  3. Pour into frying pan and cook for about 5 minutes, lifting edges to allow uncooked egg to run underneath, almost until set.

  4. Sprinkle bacon and red or green pepper over half of omelette.

  5. Using spatula, fold over the other half and cook for 1 minute.
