Recipe Ingredients for Baby Veggie Pizzas

86 grams Arnold 100 calorie sandwich thins (2 thins)
1 cup pasta sauce
92 grams reduced fat provolone cheese (4 slices)
40 grams green bell pepper, about 1/4 large pepper
2 oz sliced mushrooms
40 grams red onion, about 1/2 large onion.
1/2 tsp basil
1 tsp black pepper
1 oz grated Parmesan cheese

Recipe Directions for Baby Veggie Pizzas

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Open sandwich thins and lay out 4 halves on a baking tray, cut side up.

  3. Saute vegetables and garlic in nonstick frying pan until softened.

  4. Lay down sauce on each thin and swirl with a spoon.

  5. Sprinkle vegetables onto thins.

  6. Sprinkle basil and pepper over vegetables.

  7. Top with cheese and sprinkle with Parmesan.

  8. Bake for about 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.

  9. Cool for 2 minutes and serve.
