Recipe Ingredients for Baby Greens & Apple Salad

6 c mixed greens
1 granny smith apple
1/4 c walnuts
3 oz gorgonzola cheese
1/8 c olive oil
1/8 c orange juice
4 T white balsamic vinegar
1 T dijon mustard
1 salt to taste
1 pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Baby Greens & Apple Salad

  1. Place mixed baby greens in a large salad bow.

  2. Chop apple into a large dice. Add to greens along with the walnut pieces. Add gorgonzola, breaking into crumbles.

  3. Place olive oil, orange juice, balsamic vinegar, dijon mustard, salt and pepper in a small jar. Shake to mix.

  4. Pour desired amount of vinaigrette over salad, toss to mix and enjoy.
