Recipe Ingredients for Baby Green Salad with Walnuts and Crumbled Gorgonzola

4 oz baby greens
1/3 c tomato, diced
3 tbsp walnuts, rough chop
2 tbsp blue cheese, crumbled gorgonzola
2 tbsp vinegar, Balsalmic
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Recipe Directions for Baby Green Salad with Walnuts and Crumbled Gorgonzola

  1. Make dressing:

  2. mix together Balsalmic vinegar, lemon juice, and extra virgin olive oil. Set aside
