Recipe Ingredients for Baby Dutchman Pancake

2.66 serving Flour
6 large Egg, White
0.66 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
20 serving Lemon Juice
1/4 cup Powdered Sugar

Recipe Directions for Baby Dutchman Pancake

  1. Preheat oven to 425

  2. Heat large cast-iron pan in oven

  3. Add 6 eggs

  4. 2/3 cup flour

  5. 2/3 cup milk to mixing bowl

  6. Mix with hand mixer on high for 2 minutes

  7. Coat pan with "No-stick" spray or butter

  8. Pour pancake mix into pan

  9. Bake for 10-15 minutes

  10. To serve: Pour a generous amount of lemon juice and powdered sugar on pancake or serve with strawberries and whipped cream.

  11. Enjoy!
