Recipe Ingredients for Babaganoush

2 cup (1" cubes) Eggplant
22 1/2 grams Sesame Butter, Tahini, From Roasted And Toasted Kernels (Most Common Type)
1 serving Mayo Mayonnaise
1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Babaganoush

Roast a whole eggplant in oven. Lightly sautee 3 cloves of garlic in olive oil. In a food processor or blender mix gutted eggplant, tahini, mayo, lemon juice, and garlic with oil. Chill and serve
