Recipe Ingredients for Baba Ghanouj

2 eggplant, unpeeled (approx 1-1/4 lb) Eggplant
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 lemon yields Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Organic Tahini Butter - No Salt (Raw)
8 clove Garlic

Recipe Directions for Baba Ghanouj

  1. Roast garlic and eggplant at 400 degrees until very soft.

  2. Scrape flesh of eggplant from the peel with a spoon or butterknife.

  3. Puree all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth.
