1 eggplant
2 T. tahini
2 T. lemon juice
1 t. salt
3 cloves garlic

Recipe Directions for baba ganoush

  1. bake eggplant

  2. squeeze out water after peeling eggplant and mash eggplant

  3. add lemon, chopped garlic and salt to taste

  4. add tahini
