Recipe Ingredients for baba ganoush

3 eggplant
5 garlic cloves
1 T lemon juice
1 cup parsley
1 T onion powder
1 t cumin
1 salt

Recipe Directions for baba ganoush

  1. roast eggplant and garlic in over at 350 for 45 minutes

  2. scoop out eggplant with spoon

  3. squeeze out garlic

  4. blend in food processor

  5. add lemon juice

  6. onion powder

  7. cumin

  8. salt

  9. parsley

  10. blend for a couple of seconds
