17/20 cup eggplant
1/2 oz garlic
1 oz lemon juice
1/8 cup tahini
1 T extra virgin olive oil
0.03 tsp cayenne pepper

Recipe Directions for Baba Ganouj

It's all about the smoky eggplant. Make sure it is really roasted! Adjust other ingredients to taste... Be careful not to use too much garlic, it becomes stronger after a day in the fridge
