Doubling the amount of previous recipe plus adding a teaspoon of cardamon (not listed on ingredients)

Recipe Ingredients for B- rice pudding stovetop, larger amount

500 grams cooked rice
4 cups skim milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 large egg, beaten
1 egg white
1 1/3 cup golden raisins
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoon splenda
2 tablespoon cinnamon

Recipe Directions for B- rice pudding stovetop, larger amount

  1. In another saucepan, combine 3 cups cooked rice, 3 cups skim milk, splenda and salt.

  2. Cook over medium heat until thick and creamy, 15 to 20 minutes.

  3. Stir in remaining 1 cup milk, beaten egg and raisins, cinnamon, cardamon. Cook 2 minutes more, stirring constantly.

  4. Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla. Serve warm
