Brussels Sprouts and Beet NoOodle Salad

Recipe Ingredients for B & B

8 ounces of White Shirataki ( Yam Noodle)
1/3 cup Beets
1/2 cup Brussels Sprouts
4.75 g Sweet Vidalia Onion Dressing

Recipe Directions for B & B

  1. In non-stick skillet, heat entire portion on NoOodles on medium heat until excess moisture is absorbed.

  2. Set aside in bowl.

  3. Dry roast veggies in 425 degree preheated oven on broil for 12 minutes... let cool.

  4. Place beets in food processor for 30 seconds.

  5. Place beet mix into bowl with NoOodles.

  6. Toss roasted Brussels Sprouts with the Sweet Vidalia Onion dressing and place on top of beet and NoOodle mix.

  7. Chill for 1 hour.

  8. Serve & enjoy.

  9. Optional: Sprinkle on feta cheese (additional 25 calories)
