Recipe Ingredients for Awesome Wedge Salad

1 cup lettuce, cut into flattened wedge
1 slice tomato
1 slice red onion
1 slice turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
2 tablespoons light mayonnaise, kraft
2 teaspoons ketchup

Recipe Directions for Awesome Wedge Salad

Cut a slightly wedge shape from a fresh clean head of lettuce. Arrange in the center of a plate. Cut a thick slice of tomato and place on top of lettuce. Cut a medium thick slice of red onion and stack on top of the tomato. In a small bowl stir together the light mayonnaise and ketchup until well blended. Spoon the sauce over the salad. Sprinkle with bacon bits. Add chicken and hard boiled egg, if desired.
