great quick veg dish, very, very good (i personally HATE broccoli, but this one rocks!)

Recipe Ingredients for awesome veg dish

1/2 lb frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
1 lbs broccoli, frozen
2 tsp garlic, minced
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for awesome veg dish

  1. cook vegetables according to the package, drain.

  2. combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and spread over the veg. chill in the fridge for at least 2 hrs or overnight.
