Omega Omellete with mushrooms and cheese

Recipe Ingredients for Awesome open Egg Omelettes

1 medium raw Onion Yellow
0.75 cup Shiitake Mushrooms
3 egg Blue Menu Oméga 3 White Eggs Large
70 grams Low Fat, Cheddar Or Colby Cheese

Recipe Directions for Awesome open Egg Omelettes

  1. Pre cook with a little water, chopped onions and Mushrooms until soft and water disappears.

  2. Beat 4 Eggs Omega 3

  3. pour into heated non-stick pan. Place cooked onion, mushrooms, Chicken and Cheese on top and cover. Check every 1- 2 min. lifting egg from pan to check if egg is cooked,cut with plastic utensil into four equal portions. Serve May add Potato or Toast as desired. Toast and Potato calories NOT ADDED.
