72 grams Bread, Whole-wheat, Commercially Prepared
50 grams Avocados
30 grams Nadec 0% Fat Fresh Yogurt

Recipe Directions for Avocado Yogurt Tuna Sandwich

  1. Mash half portion of avocado and mix with yogurt and drained tuna.

  2. Toast slices of bread for 2 mins. Put cheese slice on one side and toast again for one minute.

  3. Pile mixture on bread and add half portion of avocado as slices on top of mixture.

  4. Serve warm.
