Recipe Ingredients for Avocado and Watercress Salad

1/4 cup Avocados
2 cups watercress
1/2 tablespoon grated onion
1/8 cup rice vinegar
1/8 cup grated apple
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon Agave Nectar
1 teaspoon sesame oil

Recipe Directions for Avocado and Watercress Salad

  1. Cut the avocado into 1/4 inch thick slices. Clean and trim watercress.

  2. Stir together remaining ingredients.

  3. Toss.
