Makes a great chunky "salsa", very refreshing and is good on grilled meats or seafood.

Recipe Ingredients for Avocado and veggie salsa

1/2 cup Black Beans
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.25 cup Corn, White
0.5 cup, sliced Mangos
1 cup, cubes Avocados
1 Teaspoon Juice
1 serving Garlic Pepper Seasoning Grinder

Recipe Directions for Avocado and veggie salsa

chop mango, tomato and avocado, mix together with other ingredients. Squeeze 1/2 lime into mixture along with a few shakes of the garlic pepper. chill for at least 15-30 minutes. Enjoy on chicken, as a dip or just alone.
