1 avocado
2 medium Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
4 slices brownberry, health nut, whole grain brains
1 tsp garlic salt
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

Recipe Directions for Avocado and Tomatoes on toast

  1. Chop tomatoes and cut up the avocado.

  2. Put them in a bowl together.

  3. Sprinkle garlic salt and EVOO.

  4. Mix (I like to use a pyrex dish with a lid and shake it).

  5. Toast your bread.

  6. Spread the tomato and avocado goodness on the bread.

  7. ENJOY!
