Recipe Ingredients for Avocado and Tomato Salad

1 Avocado
1 cup cherry tomatoes
10 g Shallot
58 g lemon
8 g Arugula
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp dijon mustard

Recipe Directions for Avocado and Tomato Salad

  1. Slice and cut up avocado into cubes/bite sized pieces

  2. season avocado with salt, pepper, and some lemon juice

  3. cut tomatoes in half

  4. thinly slice and halve shallot

  5. mix mustard, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and some lemon juice

  6. mix!
