Recipe Ingredients for Avocado & Tomato Salad

1 fruit without skin and seeds Avocados
230 grams tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1/2 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Onion Red
2 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Avocado & Tomato Salad

  1. Cut the avocado in half around the stone. Twist both sides, then pop out the stone. Scoop out the fruit and mash it in a blow with the Tbsp of lemon juice. Add chopped, fresh tomato and red pepper. Season with pepper to taste.

  2. Avocado is one of the good fats, but 1/4 of the fruit seems to be enough for one serving, so plan to use this over a few days. The lemon juice will help keep it fresh.
