Recipe Ingredients for Avocado-Tomatillo Salsa/Salad Dressing

5 tomatillos, quartered
1/3 cup cilantro, chopped
1/4 cup red onion, diced
2 tablespoons jalapeno
3 tablespoons chives, diced
1 1/2 avocado
1 teaspoons salt

Recipe Directions for Avocado-Tomatillo Salsa/Salad Dressing

add tomatillos, avocado, and jalapeno to food processor with salt to taste. Process until smooth. Dice red onion and chives, and chop cilantro. Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir.
