1 loaf Pita Bread
0.5 avocado, NS as to Florida or California Avocados
1 cup Spinach
3 inner leaf Lettuce, Cos Or Romaine
0.5 small whole (2-2/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
3 slice, thin Onions
0.25 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno

Recipe Directions for Avocado spinach pocket sandwich

Make a pocket in bread. Add this point you can heat up pita in micro or griddle. Fill the pocket with remaining ingredients. Make sure spinach is well drained and hot if desired. Cheese can be added at beginning and heated with the pita (kinda a grilled cheese) then add veggies.
