Makes 4 servings



Creamy Avocado Soup. You can have it warm or cold. I used apple but pear is also great to use.

Recipe Ingredients for Avocado Soup

1 large avocado, 1 small onion, 1 cup almond milk, 1cup water, 6 walnuts, 1/4 cup soy flour, 1/3 small apple

Recipe Directions for Avocado Soup

  1. 1. Blend avocao, onion, apple, with almond milk (I used unsweetned one).

  2. 2. Boil #1 in a pot with 1 cup of water (veggi or chicken stock can be used if you prefer).

  3. 3. Once it boils, lower heat and add flour and simmer it.

  4. 4. Add chopped (I toasted them) walnuts and servie it.
