1/10 Avocados
1/20 large Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1/20 Spanish Onion
1/2 clove Garlic
1/2 oz Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans, Bengal Gram), Mature Seeds, Canned

Recipe Directions for Avocado Sandwich

  1. Mash up chickpeas with a fork and put on one bread slice

  2. Put 1 tablespoon of guacamole on the other slice

  3. Lettuce goes in between
