Recipe Ingredients for Avocado Salsa Wrap

1 medium avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
1 large tomato(s), finely chopped
1/4 cucumber, finely chopped
2 scallions, finely chopped
2 teaspoon lemon juice, or vinegar
4 slices of bread
4 tablespoon low-fat cream cheese
70 grams salad, shredded
1 pinch salt, and freshly ground black pepper

Recipe Directions for Avocado Salsa Wrap

  1. Mix together the avocado, tomato, cucumber and spring onions. Add a few drops of lemon juice or vinegar and stir well.

  2. Lay the tortillas on a work surface and spread 2 tbsp of low fat soft cheese over each one. Scatter some shredded lettuce over them, then share the avocado mixture evenly over the surface.

  3. Fold in the two opposite sides of the wraps slightly so that the filling is enclosed, then roll them up tightly. Slice in half just before serving.
