Recipe Ingredients for AVOCADO SALSA

16 oz Frozen Cut Corn
5 oz Ripe Olives
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
6 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions
0.33 cup Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for AVOCADO SALSA

In lg bowl, mix corn, olives, red pepper, tomato and onion. In a small bowl, mix garlic, jalapeno, olive oil, lemon juice,, cilantro, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour into corn mixture and toss to coat. Cover and chill 8 hours or overnight. Just before serving, dice the avocados and mix.
