Recipe Ingredients for Avocado salsa

2 avocado
1 red bell pepper
1 jalapeno pepper
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup diced green onions
1 cup frozen corn
14 oz. can black beans
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp lime juice

Recipe Directions for Avocado salsa

  1. Dice up avocado, bell pepper and green onion into bite size peices

  2. Mince garlic

  3. Finely chop jalapeno

  4. Add all into one bowl

  5. Add corn, rinses can of beans, olive oil and lime juice

  6. You can add salt, red pepper, black pepper to taste
