spicy avocado dip or sauce for meat. Made with mixed fruit. Would be great with mango.

Recipe Ingredients for avocado salsa

1 avocado, pureed
1 tbsp garlic, minced
1 tbsp minced onion
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp pepper
1 pinch salt
1/4 cup whole milk
1 tbsp peach, diced
1 tbsp pear, diced
1 tbsp pineapple, diced
2 oz pear juice
1/4 cup corn

Recipe Directions for avocado salsa

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, add pureed avocado, garlic, milk and fruit with juices. Stir together well.

  2. Add spices, corn and minced onion. Mix until combined. Heat until sauce is hot. (About 5 minutes)
