Chunky and colorful fresh salsa. Great on fajitas or nachos, or just with tortilla chips.

Recipe Ingredients for Avocado Salsa

2 avocados
6 plum tomatoes
1 small red onion
2 jalapeno peppers
1/4 c. cilantro
1/4 c. lime juice
1 t. salt

Recipe Directions for Avocado Salsa

  1. Cut ripe but firm avocados, tomatoes, and onion into large dice.

  2. Mince jalapenos.

  3. Chop cilantro.

  4. Mix ingredients gently with lime and salt, be careful not to break up avocado.

  5. Texture should be chunky, not smooth like guacamole.
