550 g avocado
200 g tomatoes
150 g cucumber
100 g parsley
20 g chili pepper
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 pinch of salt

  1. Put the avocados meat in a bowl and mash them properly with a fork.

  2. Dice tomatoes, cucumber in small cubes. Slice fresh chili pepper thinly.

  3. Squeeze one juicy lemon.
