Recipe Ingredients for Avocado Salad

2 Avocados, 1.5 tbsps of Mayo, 2 Spoons of Lemon Juice, Salt, Pepper, 3 Hard boiled eggs,

Recipe Directions for Avocado Salad

  1. Boil 3 eggs.

  2. Scoop out the avocados into a bowl and mash until smooth.

  3. Once eggs are hard-boiled, peel and cut into halfes lengthwise. Mash with a fork into fine pieces. Pour in with avocados and MIX Together.

  4. Take 1 large sppon of Mayo and put it in, and take another half spoon and MIX in it. The mixture should become lighter and smoother.

  5. Add as much pepper, salt and lemon juice that you feel is needed. Mix altogether.

  6. Eat Right Away. Or put in the fridge for a couple of minutes to cool.
