Chunky salsa type salad. Good served over greens.

Recipe Ingredients for Avocado salad

1 medium Hass Avocado
250 2/5 grams Black Beans
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
15 ea. Raw Tomato Cherry
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
0.5 lemon yields Lemon Juice
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
4 tbsp Green Taco Sauce
1 1tsp Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for Avocado salad

  1. Dice avocado and peppers, and halve the cherry tomatoes.

  2. Combine all ingredients.

  3. Add salt, pepper to taste, and cilantro or fresh parsley.
