Recipe Ingredients for Avocado Salad

4 cups spring greens
1/2 cup plum tomatoes
1/4 cup raw cucumber slices
1 small avocado
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp dijon mustard

Recipe Directions for Avocado Salad

Halve plum tomatoes, chop avocado, slice cucumber and toss all ingredients. Add chopped garlic and onion if desired
