Recipe Ingredients for Avocado Salad

2 cup, cubes Avocados
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
1 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
1 Medium Tomatoes
2 oz Cilantro
0.5 fruit (2" dia) Limes
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Avocado Salad

  1. Ingredients

  2. 2 avocados - peeled, pitted and diced

  3. 1 sweet onion, chopped

  4. 1 green bell pepper, chopped

  5. 1 large ripe tomato, chopped

  6. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  7. 1/2 lime, juiced

  8. salt and pepper to taste

  9. Directions

  10. In a medium bowl, combine avocados, onion, bell pepper, tomato, cilantro and lime juice. Gently toss until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper.
